Export
Tick the data you want (resources, offers and their prices, customers, bookings, payments, promo codes, pricing rules…) and download it as CSV files, which open in any spreadsheet. One data set gives one CSV file; several give one ZIP file with a CSV file for each. The plugin settings are exported separately, in a file of their own, and never contain the payment keys or the licence.
In the files, a link between two rows is written with a readable name (the offer of a price, the customer of a booking), never with a database number: a file can be used on another site.
Import
Send a CSV file or a ZIP file. The file is checked first and you see what would be added, updated or ignored; nothing changes until you confirm. Nothing is ever deleted.
- Update the existing ones and add the new ones — a row already on the site (same name, email, booking number or code) is updated with the columns of the file.
- Add only the new ones — what is already on the site is left exactly as it is.
An imported booking is only a record: it does not take places in the calendar. Rows with a problem (unknown name, wrong date…) are listed and ignored; the others are imported.
