The views
The calendar shows the bookings under five views, chosen at the top of the screen.
- Month, Week, Day — the bookings placed on their dates, from the widest view to the most detailed.
- Occupancy — how full each resource is, day by day.
- Offers — whether each offer can be booked, day by day — the same answer a visitor gets. A day is "Full" when its places are taken or when a daily limit shared with other offers is reached.
Filter by resource, status or payment to focus on what matters right now.
Moving a booking
Drag a booking to another day to move it. Availability is checked again before the move is accepted, and the move is refused when there is no room left — the calendar can never show two conflicting bookings for the same place.
