With Pro
VEFmultiBooking Pro adds, for each offer: pricing rules (family rate, discount for a long stay, a fixed price per person…) in Pricing (Pro) of the Catalog page, and an automatic deposit in Payments (Pro) of the Bookings page.

Pro license
Enter your license key to unlock the Pro features. The status is re-checked from time to time: a temporary network problem never disables Pro abruptly. "Deactivate on this site" frees the license, to move it to another site.
Updates and versions
Updates are always detected. A checkbox lets you install them automatically as soon as they are available (off by default). Below, the history of the published versions lets you go back to a previous version in one click if you ever need to. The history needs an active license.
The Pro blocks
VEF Pro Portal
The customer space: a customer sees their bookings and installments, pays what is due and can cancel a booking, with no account and no password.
- Create a page called "My bookings" (or similar) with this block, and link to it from your menu or your footer. You do not have to enter its address anywhere: the plugin finds the page by itself and uses it in the emails.
- The customer types the email address used to book and receives a login link. The answer is the same whether the address is known or not, so nobody can find out who your customers are.
- Online cancellation is possible until 2 days before the start; after that the customer is asked to contact you.
VEF Pro Payment
The page that opens from a payment link: it shows the installment to pay, with the Stripe and PayPal buttons.
- You need it only if you use installments: the payment links sent by email lead to the page that holds this block. Create one page for it; the plugin finds it by itself.
- A visitor who opens this page without a payment link only sees a short explanation. In the page editor an example is shown, to choose the colors, borders and fonts.
VEF Pro Waitlist
Lets visitors join the waiting list of a full date of an offer: they are emailed as soon as a place becomes free.
- Choose the offer in the block settings. Only the dates that are full are shown; if none is full, the visitor is told to book directly.
- Place it on the same page as the VEF Booking block of that offer, below it, so that a visitor who finds no free date can leave their details at once.
