Seasons
A season is a named period of the year, defined once. In the opening periods of a resource, which decide when it can be booked, and in the prices, a list lets you pick it instead of typing the dates again.
Picking a season only fills the dates: they stay editable, and changing a season later does not change what was already filled. Seasons are optional.
