Overview
Lists the tickets sold for each show, and lets you search a ticket code by hand when a QR code will not scan.
A ticket (one QR code per order, whatever the number of places) holds a plain link that any phone camera opens: no app to install. The first scan checks the entry in; scanning the same ticket again changes nothing and shows the date of the first entry.
Control account
Create a ticket control account for someone who checks tickets at the door (a volunteer, security staff…). It can only check tickets in: never anything else on the site, and it can never become an administrator.
One login at the start of the evening is enough: the session stays open on that device.
Zones and seats
Zones and numbered seats are managed on the page of each show, in the “Internal ticketing (Pro) — zones & seats” section. A zone is a section of the venue and a price at once. On a numbered zone, “Manage seats” generates the seat range and lets you block a seat or cancel a reservation (a cancellation does not refund the order: do that from the Sales screen).
