Overview
The press kit puts together, from the band identity, the bio, the social links and the albums already entered, a document ready to send to a journalist. Nothing to copy by hand.
Click “Generate” to produce the PDF (and, if the hosting allows it, a zip with the photos and the audio previews). Generation is never automatic: generate it again after changing the bio, the logo or the albums.
How the kit works
The press kit comes in two parts: a PDF and, if the hosting allows it, a zip.
The PDF is the document journalists read: your text and your pictures laid out on A4 pages. The pictures in the PDF are there to illustrate it, so they are sized to fit the page.
The zip is the press pack: it contains the PDF plus the original, full-resolution files in folders (photos, documents, audio, previews). Journalists take their pictures from there.
To get a photo in the zip, add it in a photo gallery section (or in a photos column of a two-column section). An image inserted inside a text paragraph only appears in the PDF.
What is included
Cards let you choose exactly what goes in: which albums, which tracks get their audio preview attached to the zip (never the master files), and any extra photos. The logo and the album covers are always included.
You can add text paragraphs (in one or two columns, chosen when you add them) and media sections: photo galleries, lists of documents or audio files. The “Section order” card sets where each one appears. In a two-column section, a photo fills the width of its column, and the two column titles always stay on the same page as the top of their columns; a column that is longer than the page continues on the next page.
The press contact email and phone are entered in Settings > General (Band identity) and appear on the kit.
Look of the PDF
The “Global style” card sets the title and text font (.ttf and .woff2 are supported), the colors of titles, text, links and the background of the PDF. They are independent from your site theme, so the kit looks the same wherever it is opened.

Once generated, a stable address appears on this screen. Paste it into a button or a link anywhere on your site: it stays the same from one generation to the next, so you never have to update it. An anonymous weekly count of full zip downloads is shown at the top of the screen.
