Overview
A customer is a purchase email address, with the number of orders, the total spent (net of refunds) and a direct link to the history in the Sales screen. No banking data is ever stored or shown: only Stripe and PayPal hold it. Use the search box to find a name or an email.
Anonymize or delete
“Anonymize” replaces the name, email and address on every order of the customer with neutral values, and keeps the orders themselves so that the revenue and the accounting stay right. “Delete” removes the customer and their orders entirely.
Neither action can be undone: make sure it is the right customer before confirming.
