Tracks
With Pro
Put a price on a track to sell it: in the list, in the “Price” column, or on the screen of the track. Choose the “Preview only” or “Buyers only” listening mode so that the full track only unlocks after purchase.
Albums
With Pro
The album price becomes real. “Automatic discount” applies the full album price instead of the sum of the prices of its tracks when every track of the album is in the cart.
When someone buys an album, the confirmation email shows the album cover, then a download link for the whole album as a zip, and the tracks one by one in the order of the album.
The price entered on an album is the price of its digital download. A vinyl or any other physical edition is a separate product: create it in VEFmusic > Products > Merch and show it with the Shop block, next to the Album block. Both can be bought in the same cart (consent boxes for the download, shipping address for the vinyl).
Shows
Ticketing (Pro)
To sell tickets on the site, tick “Use internal ticketing for this show” on the page of the show and fill in the Capacity: a single “Standard” zone is created for you.
For several prices, or numbered seats, use the “Internal ticketing (Pro) — zones & seats” section at the bottom of the page of the show. A buy button then appears by itself in the Shows block.
Press kit
With Pro
The “VEFmusic Pro” panel of this screen adds an optional contact form before download, download statistics, ready-made PDF templates, limited-use links, a press contact list and additional independent kits.
Overview (Pro)
The Pro features that sit on top of the free press kit. The content, the style and the sections of the default kit are still set in the “VEFmusic” panel of this screen: this panel never repeats that form.
Contact form and requests (Pro)
The contact form is off, optional or required (off by default, so that a journalist in a hurry is not slowed down). Every request (name and email) is emailed to you and logged in “Received requests”, which you can export as CSV at any time.
“Download statistics” counts full zip downloads by week over the last 8 weeks, anonymously.
Links and contacts (Pro)
A limited-use or expiring link is made for one journalist or outlet: usable a number of times and/or until a date, and it always skips the contact form.
The press contact list keeps the addresses you send the kit to. Send it to some or all of them in one click: the email holds the download link, never the file. A “Last sent” column shows when each contact last received a kit.
Additional kits (Pro)
Fully independent press kits, for an agency that manages several artists or clients from one site: each has its own content, identity, contact form, statistics, requests, links and download address. They are created, edited and deleted at the bottom of this screen.
Style
Overview (Pro)
The main color, the button colors and the font are set once for the whole site, in the General and Buttons sub-tabs of Style. The “Cart & shop (Pro)” sub-tab covers what only Pro has: the cart and donations panel (background, text, title color and size, rounding), the print-on-demand shop and the title color of the product cards.
These settings apply to every cart and donation panel of the site. The native settings of a block in your editor (spacing, background, border) win for that block alone.

Diagnostic and support
Overview (Pro)
The exact state of the license, the sales tables and the PayPal and Stripe configuration, with a button to copy the system information that support needs. If a PHP fatal error occurs in the code of VEFmusic Pro itself, the first line, “Last fatal PHP error”, gives its date, message, file, page and versions, with a “Clear this record” button; nothing is written as long as no such error occurs.
Support access (Pro)
During a support access (see the “Support access” topic of VEFmusic), the temporary account sees VEFmusic Pro without its secrets: the license key, the PayPal, Stripe and Printful keys are never shown again and cannot be changed, and neither can the license, the updates or the payment mode.
It also cannot refund, delete, anonymize or export orders and customers, resend an order email, mark an order shipped or delivered, settle or cancel a campaign, create or reset a ticket control account, send the press kit to the press list, or delete what is on sale. Whatever the rights chosen, these requests are refused and noted in the journal.
