Overview
Handy to set up a new site with the same identity and style instead of entering everything again. Tick the categories you want under “Export settings” and download the .json file; on the other site, choose the file under “Import settings”.
On import, you choose again which categories to apply: a category you untick is never modified, even if it is in the file.
What is not covered
The band logo cannot be transferred as it is (it is a media identifier specific to each site): choose it again after the import.
Your content (tracks, albums, shows) is not covered either: WordPress already does it very well with Tools > Export and Tools > Import, and a direct link is offered on the screen.
