Overview
Click “+ Add a show”: title, date (the time is optional — leave it empty if it is not known yet), venue, address, image (the poster), a link for the venue or organizer, and a description.
Tickets and price
Add a link to your usual ticketing (Dice, Shotgun, Billetweb…) if you do not use the internal ticketing of VEFmusic Pro.
“Price (€)” is the main price: filled in, it shows as “X€” next to a payment icon on the site (nothing if left empty, never a misleading “0€”). The “Price note” is a free text that completes it, or replaces it when the price is not a plain number (“Pay what you like”, “Free entry”) — in that case leave the price empty.
